Fifteen years of brilliant ideas that never left the room. We built Bluprint to change that.
Why we built Bluprint, how the service works, what it costs. Working prototypes in days, from £750. Northern Ireland, UK-wide.
A fully working digital prototype. In days. So the idea that came up during Tuesday's meeting is something real by the following Monday.
I spent fifteen years working with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
In that time I sat through more meetings than I can count. Strategy sessions, innovation workshops, quarterly reviews, off-sites. And in almost every single one of them, at some point around the table, someone would say something genuinely brilliant.
A better way to manage a process. A tool that would solve a problem everyone in the room recognised. A product idea that made the person next to them immediately nod. You could feel the energy shift when it happened.
The idea would get noted down somewhere. Maybe it would come up again. Maybe someone would be asked to look into it. But the reality, the honest and frustrating reality, is that most of those ideas never went anywhere. Not because they were bad ideas. Because there was no clear path from the conversation to something real. No low-risk way to find out if the idea was worth pursuing before the organisation had to commit time, budget, and resource to finding out.
The gap between a great idea in a room and anything tangible was too wide. So the idea stayed in the room.
After fifteen years of watching that happen, I wanted to change it.
Someone sits in a meeting. A great idea comes up. Instead of everyone nodding and thinking "wouldn't it be great if...", they have somewhere to go. A place that can take that idea and turn it into something real. Fast.
Not a consultancy that will spend three months scoping it. Not a development agency that needs six figures and six months before you see anything. Not a design firm that will hand you back a Figma file and call it a prototype.
Something actually working. Something the team can use, test, and react to. Something you can walk back into that same room with the following week and say: here it is. Is this the direction we want to go?
The frustration I'm describing doesn't only happen in corporate meeting rooms with twenty people around a table.
It happens at kitchen tables. On commutes. In the shower at 7am. In the notes app on your phone where you've been adding to the same idea for the last eighteen months.
The individual with an idea they believe in but with no clear way to find out if it's worth pursuing, faces exactly the same problem as the pharmaceutical executive who watched a brilliant concept die in a strategy session. The gap between the idea and something real is just as wide. The risk of committing significant money and time to something untested is just as real.
You don't need a company behind you. You don't need a product team or a development budget or three rounds of internal sign-off before you can test whether something works. You need a few days and a conversation.
If you've been sitting on an idea, whether you've been thinking about it for a week or two years, this is where you bring it.
Every prototype we build is fully functional and built to be tested. Some are traditional digital tools: dashboards, portals, internal systems. Others use AI at their core: voice interfaces, conversational systems, intelligent automation. What they all have in common is that they work exactly like the real thing, and they're in your hands fast enough to change how the decision gets made.
Fifteen years inside global pharmaceutical operations gives you a particular understanding of regulated, complex, high-stakes environments. We've taken that understanding and built across a much wider range of industries since.
The network that comes from fifteen years working with some of the biggest organisations in the world doesn't disappear when the prototype is delivered. If your idea proves itself, if your team walks back into that room with something that works and everyone around the table knows it's the direction to go, we can help you take every step after that.
Whether that means continuing to work with us to develop it further, or whether it means connecting you with the right development partner for your industry and your budget. We have relationships built over years in this business that we put to work for our clients.
We're not a project that ends when the prototype is delivered. We're a long-term partner that wants to see the idea become the thing it deserves to be.
A fully working digital prototype. Every feature functional. Every flow testable. Delivered in five working days.
This isn't a design file. This isn't a clickable mockup. This is something your team can actually use, built at a price point that makes the decision to test before you commit genuinely easy.
Need more? Guided builds, partner introductions, and full partnership options are available. Book a call and we'll scope it together.
And if it came to you at 7am in the shower three years ago and you've still never done anything with it. It doesn't have to stay there either.
That's what this is for. That's why Bluprint exists. Because after fifteen years of watching genuinely good ideas die, not for lack of merit but for lack of a fast, low-risk way to find out if they were worth pursuing, someone needed to build the thing that fills that gap.
